These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Edubotix AI mobile application (“App”), operated by Edubotix AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By downloading, activating, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Nature of Service

Edubotix AI provides AI-powered educational infrastructure solutions, including:

    • AI-based attendance management

    • Classroom analytics and reporting

    • Infrastructure and compliance monitoring

    • Administrative dashboards for schools and institutions

The App is designed for institutional use only, not for individual consumer use.

3. Eligibility

The App may only be used by:

  • Authorized school administrators

  • Teachers

  • Institutional staff

  • Students (under institutional authorization)

  • Parents (where access is provided by the institution)

4. Account Registration & Security

Users agree to:

    • Provide accurate information

    • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

    • Notify the institution of any unauthorized access

    • Students (under institutional authorization)

    • Parents (where access is provided by the institution)

The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

5. Institutional Responsibility

The respective school/institution is responsible for:

    • Obtaining necessary parental consent

    • Ensuring lawful use of facial recognition (if enabled)

    • Compliance with applicable data protection laws

    • Managing role-based access permissions

Edubotix AI acts as a technology service provider to institutions.

6. Facial Recognition & Biometric Use (If Enabled)

If activated by the institution:

    • Facial data is converted into encrypted biometric templates

    • Data is used solely for attendance verification

    • Raw images are not stored permanently unless required by institutional policy

    • Biometric data is deleted upon institutional request or user exit

The Company does not use biometric data for advertising or profiling.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree NOT to:

    • Reverse engineer the software

    • Misuse AI analytics

    • Attempt unauthorized access

    • Share login credentials

    • Upload malicious content

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Data Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using the App, users acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:

    • AI algorithms

    • Software code

    • Dashboards

    • Reports

    • Branding

remain the exclusive property of Edubotix AI.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for institutional purposes only.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service:

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime

  • Scheduled maintenance may occur

  • Service interruptions due to internet or hardware issues are not our liability

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Edubotix AI shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    • Institutional policy misuse

    • Unauthorized third-party access

    • Decisions made based on analytics reports

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the institution in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

Institutions agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edubotix AI from claims arising due to:

  • Improper use of biometric features

  • Failure to obtain required consent

  • Violation of local data protection laws

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

    • Suspend access for violations

    • Terminate accounts upon institutional request

    • Discontinue services with reasonable notice

Upon termination:

  • Access will be revoked

  • Data handling will follow retention policies

14. Updates & Modifications

We may update:

    • Features

    • AI algorithms

    • Terms & Conditions

Users will be notified of material changes via the App or institutional communication.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in:.
